Put the 10 numbers in order: 89, 100, 108, 119, 120, 130, 131, 131, 141, 161.
With an even count, the median is halfway between the 5th and 6th: 120 and 130.
So the median is $\frac{120 + 130}{2} = 125$ , option B.
