Worked solution (try it first)

The line through $(0, 4)$ and $(1, 0)$ has gradient $\frac{0 - 4}{1 - 0} = -4$ and $y$ -intercept 4, so $y = -4x + 4$ .
The origin is in the shaded region, and $0 \le -4(0) + 4 = 4$ is true.
So the region is $y \le -4x + 4$ , option C.
