The ratio of the lengths of two similar rectangular blocks is $2 : 3$ . If the volume of the larger block is $351\text{ cm}^3$ , then the volume of the other block is

For similar solids, volumes are in the ratio of the cubes of the lengths: $2^3 : 3^3 = 8 : 27$ .
So the smaller volume is $351 \times \frac{8}{27} = 13 \times 8$
$= 104\text{ cm}^3$ , option E.
