Angles at a point: the angle between the two lines at the bend is $360^\circ - 246^\circ = 114^\circ$.

Draw a line through the bend parallel to $PQ$.

By alternate angles, the upper line makes $x$ with it and the lower line makes $68^\circ$ with it.

So $x + 68^\circ = 114^\circ$, which gives $x = 46$, option B.
