What are the integral values of $x$ which satisfy the inequality $-1 < 3 - 2x \le 5$ ?

Worked solution (try it first)

Subtract 3 from all three parts: $-4 < -2x \le 2$ .
Divide all three parts by $-2$ and reverse both signs: $2 > x \ge -1$ .
Read from the left: $-1 \le x < 2$ .
So $-1$ is included and 2 is not: the integers are $-1$ , $0$ and $1$ , option C.
